- 200g shrimp
- 100g green pepper
- 100g red peppers
- 80g walnuts
- 3g salt
- chicken powder
- white vinegar
Wash shrimp. Dice green pepper and red pepper into small pieces. Slice cucumber and carrot.
Add oil and preheat the pot. Stir-fry shrimp until medium well. Add green peppers and red peppers, walnut to fry until almost done.
Season with salt, chicken and white vinegar. Add a little water to heat until cooked.
Place cucumber and carrot slices on a plate. Remove all ingredient from pot to the plate. Serve.
