Apple Lean Pork Soup Recipe
It is an easy apple soup with pork meaty background. You will be surprised by the taste of this fruit soup.
500g lean pork
20g white fungus
1. Apple is the healthy fruit that many people love to eat, the soup is nutritional as well.
2. The soup can be a little sweet and sour based on the taste of apple.
Cut lean pork into thick slices. Blanch until slightly cooked.
Peel and core apples, then cut into pieces. Soak white fungus into the water to make it soft, then tear into small pieces. Wash and clean figs.
Add water to a pot and bring to a boil. Add all food ingredients and stew over low heat for 2 hours. Season with salt and chicken powder. Serve.
