Stewed White Fungus Pigeon Soup Recipe
This pigeon soup is a good supplement for calcium the blood tonic. It is suitable for all ages, especially children and old people.
50g white fungus
1 dried tangerine peel
4 ginger slices
1. Soak white fungus in cold water to maintain its original taste.
2. Add Goji or red dates to improve the healthcare function.
Soak white fungus until soft, tear into small pieces. Soak and rinse the dried tangerine peel.
Defeathering the pigeon, remove organs, wash and clean.
Put all ingredients into a stew pot and simmer for 4 hours. Add salt for seasoning. Serve.
