Tips

1. Red dates are sweet and tasty but do not add too many, otherwise, the soup will be too sweet.

2. Make sure to cover the stew pot tightly, or the soup will run out after stewing for 3 hours.

Wash and clean the pig’s trotter, cut it into pieces and blanch into boiling water.

Add water to a stew pot. Add all ingredients after water is boiling. Then switch to low heat to stew for 3 hours. Add salt for seasoning. Serve.
