Steps
1 Done 5 minutes | Remove roots, wash scallion. Then cut scallion into strips. Peel ginger and garlic. Wash and cut into slices. |
2 Done 5 minutes | Wash and cut pork bones into strips. Set aside. |
3 Done 15 minutes | Add water in the pot, add the pork bones. Bring to a boil. Blanch for 10 minutes to remove blood taste. |
4 Done 5 minutes | Rinse blanched pork bones with cold water to remove blood and foam. |
5 Done 5 minutes | Add water to the skillet. Bring to a boil. Add scallion strips, ginger slice, garlic slice, and pork bone strips. |
