Remove roots, wash scallion. Then cut scallion into strips. Peel ginger and garlic. Wash and cut into slices.
Wash and cut pork bones into strips. Set aside.
Add water in the pot, add the pork bones. Bring to a boil. Blanch for 10 minutes to remove blood taste.
Rinse blanched pork bones with cold water to remove blood and foam.
Add water to the skillet. Bring to a boil. Add scallion strips, ginger slice, garlic slice, and pork bone strips.
When the soup boil again, cover and simmer on low heat for 3 hours.
