Fried Shrimp With Assorted Vegetable Recipe

Tips

1. The feature of eggs white is to coat shrimp and ensure its tender and fresh taste. Add more egg white if you cook a lot of shrimps at a time.
 
2. In step 8, do not add too much water. Otherwise cooking until soup thicken can take a lot of time and result in nutrient loss.
 
3. It‘s better to fresh shrimp than frozen shrimp. Use frozen shrimp if you want to save your time.

Remove pedicle and seed of green peppers and red peppers. Wash and clean. Dice into small pieces.

Wash and peel cucumbers.  Cut into long strips first, then remove pulp and cut into cubes.

Season with chicken powder. Use another bowl, mix cornstarch and water. Then pour into the pot. Cook until sauce thickens. Drizzle with sesame oil. Serve.
