Wash and clean pork trotter. Cut into small pieces. Blanch into boiling water until cooked.

Soak green bean, red bean, and peanut into the water for 1 hour. Wash honey dates.

Add water to a stewpot.  Bring to a boil and add all ingredients. Stew over low heat for 3 hours. Add salt for seasoning. Serve.
