Braised Abalone With Winter Bamboo Shoots Recipe

Tips:

1. Boil winter bamboo shoots for 5 minutes in advance. It removes the bitter taste.

2. Add more cooking oil to stir-fry winter bamboo shoots because it can soak a lot of oil. Stir-frying it in enough oil is more delicious.

3. It is easy to overcook the abalones, so add it before simmering. With 5 minutes simmering, it has enough time to spread abalones taste over the dish.
