Stir Fry Shrimp with Kale
For stir-frying shrimp with kale, this dish is easy and simple. We stir fry kale and shrimp separately and then pour the shrimp and juice on the kale to make the dish.
1. Make a cut on the shrimp’s back about 2/3, in this way, the shrimp can be tastier.
2. Do not stir-fry kale too long so that the kale can be more bright and tasty.
Peel kale. Wash green onion and cut into pieces. Add to ginger juice to make it as a sauce. Set aside.
Wash shrimp and make a cut at the back of shrimp. Set aside.
Add 1 tablespoon oil into the pot. Preheat the oil and cook kale.
Add 1/2 tablespoon cooking wine to the kale. Then add green onion, ginger juice, and salt. Stir-fry until cooked. Mix 1 tablespoon cornstarch with water. Pour into pot. Cook until soup thickened. Remove to a plate.
Use another pot, add water, cooking wine, green onion and ginger juice, and salt. Bring to a boil. Add shrimp. Add sugar for seasoning. Stir-fry until mix well.
Add white pepper powder to the shrimp for seasoning. Mix water and cornstarch. Pour into the pot. Cook until soup thickened. Pour the shrimp on the kale. Serve.
