Tips:

Do not steam shrimp for too long. The steaming process can fully keep the nutrients and the fresh taste of the shrimp. When the shrimp is cooked, remove from heat immediately.

Cut off shrimp’s whiskers and remove the sand vein. Wash and marinate with cooking wine for 10 minutes. Put on a steam plate. And drizzle with Hoisin sauce.

Remove root and old leaves from green onion. Wash and cut into small pieces. Set aside.

Add water to the steamer. After bringing to a boil, put the plate into the steamer. Steam over high heat for 8 minutes.

Topped with green onion on shrimp before serving.
