- 150g prawns
- 30g chives
- 15ml cooking wine
- 15g Hoisin sauce
Do not steam shrimp for too long. The steaming process can fully keep the nutrients and the fresh taste of the shrimp. When the shrimp is cooked, remove from heat immediately.
Remove root and old leaves from green onion. Wash and cut into small pieces. Set aside.
Add water to the steamer. After bringing to a boil, put the plate into the steamer. Steam over high heat for 8 minutes.
