- 30g sea cucumber

- How to clean sea cucumber? Place the dried sea cucumber in a thermos flask, fill with boiling water, cover tightly for 12 hours. Cut off the abdomen, remove the internal organs, wash and clean. Then soak in cold water for 12 hours (renew water twice in these 12 hours).
- Seafood contains much water. Blanching can remove excess water and get rid of the fishy smell.
