- 500g chestnuts
- 15ml honey
- 15g vegetable oil
- 10g sugar
Wash chestnuts wash, use a knife to make a cross-cut on chestnuts.
Soak chestnuts into the water for 10 minutes.
Remove chestnuts from water and drain. Put into a microwave bowl and cook over high heat for 3 minutes.
Take out the microwave bowl, remove the lid and add honey, sugar, vegetable oil and a little water. Cover the lid and shake until all seasoning mix well and coated with chestnuts.
Put in the microwave bowl and cook over high heat for 4 minutes. Serve.
