Wash chestnuts wash, use a knife to make a cross-cut on chestnuts. |

Soak chestnuts into the water for 10 minutes. |

Remove chestnuts from water and drain. Put into a microwave bowl and cook over high heat for 3 minutes. |

Take out the microwave bowl, remove the lid and add honey, sugar, vegetable oil and a little water. Cover the lid and shake until all seasoning mix well and coated with chestnuts. |
