- 100g carrots
- 100g potatoes
- 50g dried shiitake mushrooms
- 50g water chestnuts
- 10g sliced green onions
- 10g sliced ginger

- 10g light soy sauce

- You should chop carrots, mushroom, and other ingredients, instead of mince all ingredients. In this way, it improves tender feeling.
- Always use small shiitake mushroom, because it is easier for cooking and eating.
- You can use less oil if you desired. Less oil is good for our health.
Peel potato, carrots, water chestnuts. Wash and cut into pieces. Put all into a large bowl. Add chopped green onion, minced ginger, sugar, salt, chicken powder, and cornstarch. Mix well to make the stuffing. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
Use another bowl, add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sesame oil, white pepper. Mix a little water and mix well to make a sauce.
Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in water. Remove stems, wash and fill with the stuffing. Place on the plate.
Bring the steamer to a boil. Put the plate in the steamer. Steam for 20 minutes over high heat.
Remove from heat and drizzle with the sauce (Step2). Serve hot.
