Directions
Tips:
- Make sure chicken legs is cooked but not turned. It is the most difficult part since chicken legs are thick, less cooking time is not enough to cook the whole legs. You can use a knife to make several cuts on the legs before roasting.
- If you like the strong flavor, you can repeat Step4 one more time to enhance the taste and aromatic.
- To enhance the taste, marinate and store in the fridge overnight is a good method. It spread fragrance all over the chicken legs.

Mix all seasoning well (except barbecue sauce and honey sauce) and marinate chicken legs for 2 hours. |

Take out the chicken leg, rinse off excess seasoning on the chicken skin condiment with water, Use a hook to hook the thick part of chicken legs. |

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Then hang chicken legs into the oven and roast for 20 minutes (Temperature 200 degree). |
