Chinese Saute Prawn Recipe

Shrimp shell contains a lot of calcium and chitin, which prevent osteoporosis. Remove the hard shell on tail and heat before eating. The middle part of the shell is soft and is a good calcium supplement.

Tips:

  1. Stir-fried over medium to high heat to prevent overcooking.
  2. Adding cooking wine not only remove the fishy smell of the shrimp but also enhance fresh fragrance.

Cut off prawn feelers. Pull out the sand line, Wash and drain.

Add oil and preheat the pot. Fry prawns until the shell is crisp. Remove from heat and drain oil.

Preheat pot over high heat.  Add a little oil, then add ginger, garlic slices.

Add prawns. Pour into cooking wine and fry for a while. Then add soy sauce, sugar, salt and a small amount of water to cook. Saute until to soup disappear, Remove to a plate. Sprinkle with chopped chives and serve.
