1. Hawthorn is a good appetizer, but do not eat it with lemon, otherwise, it has a negative effect on digestion.

2. If you don’t like pork kidney, you can use pork tenderloin for this recipe.

Wash pork kidney and cut into large pieces.

Wash hawthorn and malt; Soak dried tangerine peel into water until soft. Then remove it from water and drain.

Add water to a pot. Then add pork kidney, hawthorn, malt, and dried tangerine peel. Bring to a boil. Switch into a small heat and continue to cook for 2 hours. Add salt for seasoning. Serve.
