Tips:

  1. We can eat celery without cooking, even though it is not tasty, Cook celery to medium raw to prevent vitamins and nutrition loss.
  2. Blanch fresh lilies before cooking. Otherwise, Lily becomes dark during stir-frying.

Remove the leaves of the celery. Rinse and wash. Slice into stripes.

Remove the root of lily, Wash, Cut into small pieces, Blanch in the boiling water. Set aside.

Add oil to the pot and preheat the pot. Add celery and a little water, stir-fry until medium raw. Add lily, and seasons with salt, chicken powder.

Use another bowl. Mix cornstarch and water. Pour into the pot and cook until soup thickens.
