Ingredients
- 100g glutinous rice
- 100g minced pork
- 15g green onions
- 15g minced ginger

- 15g cooking wine
- 10g sesame oil
- five spice powder
- salt

Tips:
- Soak the glutinous rice until hands can crush it.
- Stirring meat with water can increase the viscosity so it can stick the glutinous rice. Therefore, spending more time when stirring the pork to make meatball taste softer and tender.
- Don’t forget to use a cloth liner when steam。 Otherwise the meatball will stick on the steamer and it is difficult to take out.

1 Done | Wash the glutinous rice and soak in water overnight. Drain and put into a dish. |
2 Done | Put minced pork into a bowl. Add water in more batches and stir in one direction. Add chopped green onion, ginger, and all seasonings. |
3 Done | Roll the pork mixture into small balls. Its size should be the same as ping-pong balls. |
