- 100g glutinous rice
- 100g minced pork
- 15g green onions
- 15g minced ginger
- 15g cooking wine
- 10g sesame oil
- five spice powder

- Soak the glutinous rice until hands can crush it.
- Stirring meat with water can increase the viscosity so it can stick the glutinous rice. Therefore, spending more time when stirring the pork to make meatball taste softer and tender.
- Don’t forget to use a cloth liner when steam。 Otherwise the meatball will stick on the steamer and it is difficult to take out.
Wash the glutinous rice and soak in water overnight. Drain and put into a dish.
Put minced pork into a bowl. Add water in more batches and stir in one direction. Add chopped green onion, ginger, and all seasonings.
Roll the pork mixture into small balls. Its size should be the same as ping-pong balls.
