- 200g bitter melon
- 100g minced pork
- 50g shiitake mushroom

- Steaming bitter melon can remove its bitter taste. It makes the taste more acceptable.
- The shiitake mushroom has a special fragrance. It can cover and reduce the bitter taste of bitter melon.
Wash bitter melon and cut into strips. Remove seed. Soak Goji in water until soft. Cut shiitake mushroom into small pieces.
Mix pork stuffing with minced garlic, minced onion, soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, chicken powder, and cornstarch. Stir evenly.
Stuff the pork mixture into the bitter melon.
Put on the steaming plate. Steam over high heat for 15 minutes.
Add a little water to the pot, bring to a boil. Boil Goji and shiitake mushroom for 2 minutes. Season with soy sauce, white sugar, and chicken powder. Use another bowl, mix cornstarch and water, then pour into the pot. Boil until soup thickens. Drizzle with sesame oil.
Pour the sauce (Step5) on to the bitter melon and pork. Serve hot.
