Tips:

Since bass fish is tender, it is easy to be overcooked. Steaming time should be in 8 ~ 10 minutes depending on the fish’s size, cooking utensils and heats. Overcooked bass meat will be tough and less juicy. Also, if the fish is not well-cooked, the raw meat is not tasty. Practice makes better.

Remove root and old leaves from green onions. Wash and cut into strips. Cut ginger into strips.

Wash and clean the bass. Use a knife to make a cut on both sides of the fish.  Wipe bass fish with cooking wine. Let sit for 10 minutes.

Place the fish on a steaming plate. Put ginger strips on the fish and steam over high heat, for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat.

Pour seasoned soy sauce for seafood on the fish while it is still hot. Drizzle with the green onions.

Use a wok to heat hot. When the oil is hot, pour the oil on the dish to make green onions and fish fragrant.
