- 200g carrots
- 50g bread crumbs

Tips:
- Marinading with salt can make carrot soft and maintain its shape.
- Bread crumbs can make the ball soft and tender. And taste will be better in this way.
Steps
1 Done | Peel, rinse and cut carrots into strips. Wash coriander and cut it into small pieces. |
2 Done | Put carrot strips into a bowl. Add salt to stir well and marinate for 10 minutes. |
3 Done | Then add bread crumbs, flour, sliced coriander, five-spice powder, cornstarch. Mix well to make the stuffing of carrot balls. |
4 Done | Knead the stuffing into balls and place them on a steaming pan. Steam them over high heat for 15 minutes. |
5 Done | Use another bowl, mix Hoisin sauce, sugar, chicken powder, and pepper sauce to make a sauce. |
6 Done | Pour on the steamed carrot balls. Serve hot. |
