Tips:
- Marinating beef before steaming. Since beef tenderloin is tender and easy to cook so that shorten the cooking time.
- You can purchase rice flour for steaming in China town or Chinese market. It will save a lot of time for cooking.
Steps
1 Done | Wash the beef tenderloin. Cut it into large pieces and put them into a bowl. Add cooking wine, soy sauce, ginger powder, and five-spice powder. Mix well and let it sit for 20 minutes. |
