Tips
1. After put the custard on the dough skin, make sure wrap it tightly. Otherwise, it may break during roasting.
2. You can replace the custard with sesame paste or minced barbecue pork for another flavor.

Steps
5 minutes | Pour the flour on a clean work surface. Make a room in the middle. Add sugar, lard, egg and water. Stir until sugar melt. |
5 minutes | Stir in the flour gradually and knead until mix well. |
5 minutes | Continue to knead until the dough become smooth and elastic. |
35 minutes | Use a plastic wrap to cover the dough. Let it rest for 30 minutes. |
5 minutes | Divide the dough into small doughs, about 30g each. |
5 minutes | Use a rolling pin to flatten the dough into dough skin. |
5 minutes | Place custard on the dough skin as the stuffing. |
5 minutes | Roll the dough skin and make it into the shape as pastry. |
5 minutes | Coat the pastries with white sesame. |
15 minutes | Place the pastries on a baking pan. Preheat the oven to 180℃. Roast the pastries for about 10 minutes. Serve. |
