Easy Noodles With Soybean Paste Recipe

Kitchen Tips

1. For the best mouthfeel and taste, the ratio of pork’s fat and lean meat should be about  1:1.

2. For making the soybean paste sauce, adding too much water make less aroma, vice versa. So practice and adjust the ratio to the best taste.

3. Using small heat to stir-fry the soybean paste sauce makes it more flavorful and aromatic.

4. Add side dishes if you like, such as sliced mushroom, asparagus lettuce, and carrot.

Pour soybean paste and dark soy sauce into a bowl. Add 75 ml water, stir well.

Cut the cucumber into strips. Mince green onion and garlic into pieces. Wash bean sprouts.

Preheat the pot. Add oil to fry minced green onions for 30 seconds. Add minced pork and stir-fry until medium-well. Add soybean paste, stir-fry over low heat for 8 minutes to make the sauce. Remove from heat and set aside.

Use another pot, add water and blanch bean sprouts for 5 minutes. Remove from hot water and drain.

Add noodles and boil until cooked. Remove from heat, then raise in cold water. Put into a bowl.

Put bean sprouts, cucumber strips on the noodle. Then, pour on the soybean paste sauce.  Sprinkle with minced garlic and a little vinegar.
