Directions
Tips:
- Do not steam abalone too long, otherwise, the meat will be tough.
- When fry scallion to make scallion oil, do not burn scallions or the taste becomes bitter. Once scallion becomes yellow, remove from heat ASAP.
- After making the sauce, try the taste before pouring on abalone. You can add other seasonings if you desire, such as white pepper.
