Stir-fried Shrimp with Mix Vegetables use all cheap ingredient to make an excellent shrimp dish. The dish is colorful and a mixture of seafood and vegetable. And it is so delicious and nutritional so you cannot imagine it is a fast, simple and cheap dish.

Tips

1. Light and healthy taste is the feature of this dish. Therefore, no need to add too much salt or chicken powder. Simply let food ingredient to keep their natural taste.
 
2. Cornstarch coat with food ingredients and make them juicy. You can use other starch instead, but do not add too much.
 
3. This dish mix seafood and vegetables. You can add any diced ingredients if you desire, such as scallops, peanut, and sweet corn.

Remove carrot root and peel the carrot. Wash and clean. Cut into about 1 cm³ size dice.

Cut the cucumber into about 1cm³ cubes.

Add salt, chicken powder, cooking wine, white vinegar, soup stock into a bowl and mix well to make a sauce.

Devein the shrimps and soak into salt water for 5 minutes. Take out and water. Use a kitchen pepper to remove the excess water on the shrimp.

Put shrimp into a bowl, season with salt, chicken powder, cooking wine. Add cornstarch and mix until fully coated.

Preheat the pot and add oil. Add shrimp mixture to stir-fry until cooked. Remove the shrimp from heat and drain oil.

Add oil and preheat the pot. Stir-fry minced green onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant.

Add diced carrot, diced cucumber, peas, and shrimps. Stir in sauce mixture (Made in Step3) and stir well.  Drizzle with pepper oil. Serve.
