Fried Abalone With Scallops Recipe

Tips

  1. Use dried scallop can enhance seafood flavor. And make soup sweeter.
  1. Add shrimp or crab stick if you like. It is a universal recipe for most seafood.

Wash abalone. Add cooking wine and salt to marinate for 30 minutes. Wash dried scallop, drain and set aside. Wash the lemon and cut into slices.

Add oil and preheat the pot. Fry abalone and dried scallops for 3 minutes.

15 minutes

Add a little water to simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Season with salt, chicken powder. Then remove to a plate. And decorate with lemon slices. Serve.
