  1. Use low heat to fry garlic to prevent burnt, because minced garlic is easy to be overcooking. Overcooked garlic has a bitter and burnt taste.
  1. Fry shrimp until medium well. When shrimp color changed, it means it‘s cooked outside. Not need to worry about inside, because you will cook it later.

Wash the shrimps. Make a cut on the back of shrimps. Add salt, white pepper powder, and rice wine. Marinate for 10 minutes.

Peel garlic. Mince red peppers. Wash the lettuce and place on a plate.

Preheat the pot. Add oil and fry shrimp until cooked. Remove from heat.

Use the remaining oil to fry garlic until crispy. Add minced red peppers, shrimp, and starch. Season with salt. Stir-fry and mix well. Serve.
