Steps
1 Done 5 minutes | Wash mutton and cut into about 0.5 cm thick, 3 cm square meat slice. Dice onion into pieces. |
2 Done 180 minutes | Mix mutton and onions, add chili powder, cumin powder, cumin seed, white sugar, chicken powder, soy sauce, salt for seasoning. Marinate for 3 hours. |
3 Done 10 minutes | Use bamboo skewers to string the marinated mutton pieces. |
4 Done 15 minutes | Put tinfoil on a baking tray. Place the mutton shashlik on it. Roast in a baking oven at 200 ℃ for 15 minutes. |
5 Done 15 minutes | Take out the baking tray. Brush a layer of vegetable oil. Sprinkle cumin seeds and put it back to the oven again, roast for 10 minutes. |
