Tips
1. Add chicken powder if you like a strong taste. This dish should be light taste with a fresh sweet bean flavor.
2. You can marinate shrimp in advance and make this dish in less 10 minutes.
Steps
1 Done 15 minutes | Wash shrimps, add salt, cooking wine and marinate for 10 minutes. Add starch and mix to coat. Wash winged beans and cut into strips. |
2 Done 5 minutes | Add oil and preheat the wok. Fry shrimp until cooked. Add winged bean continue to stir-fry for 2 minutes. |
