Wash shrimps, add salt, cooking wine and marinate for 10 minutes. Add starch and mix to coat. Wash winged beans and cut into strips.

Add oil and preheat the wok. Fry shrimp until cooked. Add winged bean continue to stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add salt and stir well. Drizzle with sesame oil. serve.
