Steamed Abalone with Meat Pie Recipe
Steamed Abalone with Meat Pie is a light taste steamed dish that suitable for meat lovers. To make abalone and pork with a comfortable taste, we stuffed minced pork with abalone to mix seafood and meat taste. Then steamed no longer than 10 minutes. Seasoned with fish sauce, soy sauce, and chopped chili. The taste was light, fresh, comfortable with a little chili flavor.
- To keep meat tender and juicy, do not steam abalone and minced pork over 10 minutes.
- No need to add soy sauce if you like the light taste because chopped pepper sauce and minced pork already have the flavor.
Mince pork into small pieces. Add a little salt, oil and mix well.
Wash and brush the abalone and its shell until clean.
Put abalone back to its shell and stuff with minced pork. Steam for 7 minutes.
Add fish sauce, soy sauce, chopped coriander, green onions, and chopped pepper sauce. Serve.
