Stewed Abalone With Lean Pork Soup

Prepare all ingredients: red dates, Chinese yam, straight ladybell root, Goji. Wash and clean Chinese yam, straight ladybell root. Cut red dates into slices.

Scrub abalone shells until clean. Make cuts on abalone. Dive lean pork into small pieces.

Put all the ingredients into a stewing pot.

Add water.

Simmer for 3 hours. Season with salt.
