- about 200g mustard powder
- boiling water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
Pour mustard powder into a bowl, slowly stir in the boiling water. Mix thoroughly into a paste, set aside.
Allow mustard paste cool. Then pour into the boiling water until water cover the paste.
Cover and let sit for 5 hours. Pour off excess water to remove the bitter taste of mustard.
Add all the seasonings to the paste and stir well. Serve as a dipping sauce.
