1. To make sweet potato leaves juicy and maintain health care features, do not cook it too long.

2. Only use freshwater fish for this recipe. You can also use Basa fish fillets for this soup.

Wash and clean sweet potato leaves.

Wash and clean fish. Add oil to a pot. Fry fish until golden brown on both sides.

Add water to a pot, bring to a boil. Add fish to the soup and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. Uncover and add sweet potato leaves. Continue to simmer for 20 minutes. Add salt and adjust base on personal preference. Serve.
