Tips

1. Make sure to simmer at least 1 hour. It enables fish glue to release more collagen into soup, which makes the nutrition more digestible.

2. Add more ginger slices to remove fishy smell from fish glue. The conpoy is dried so that it won’t have a fishy smell, it only adds a fresh and light sweet taste to the soup.

Wash pork tenderloin and cut them into large pieces.

Peel carrots and cut into pieces. Soak fish glue into the water for a half-day. Soak conpoy into the water until soft.

Add water to a skillet. Add all ingredients into the pot and bring to a boil. Simmer over low heat for 3 hours. Add salt and chicken powder for seasoning. Serve.
