1. You can adjust the mouthfeel of agar jelly through adjusting the amount of water. Adding less boiling water to make it eat like meat jelly. Or you can add more water to make it as tender as milk jelly.

2. Do not stir during the cooling process, or it cannot form jelly shape.

Add water to a skillet. Bring to a boil.  Add agar jelly to a pot. Pour into the boiling water. Use a spoon to stir for 1 minute. Allow cooling.

Store the agar jelly in a refrigerator until icy.

Add water a skillet. And stew brown sugar until melt. After cooling to room temperature, store in the fridge.

Cut agar-agar jelly into small pieces. Pour into a brown sugar syrup. Sprinkle with white sesame. Serve.
