- 150g flour
- 2 eggs
- 20g sugar
- 15g brown sugar
- 2g yeast
- 1g baking soda
- vegetable oil
Add 100 ml water into a pot. Add yeast, stir evenly after 2 minutes.
Beat an egg into the pot and stir evenly.
Add flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking soda and salt into the pot. Mix well.
Add a little water in the pot, continue to stir. Use a chopstick to test whether it is sticky. The water is enough when the mixture can stick on the chopstick and slowly drip.
Use a plastic wrap to cover the pot. Let it stand for about 1 hour. Then continue to stir evenly to remove the bubble.
Preheat a frying pan. Brush a thin layer of oil. Add a small amount of flour mixture. Make it into a round shape. Then repeat the process with the rest of the flour mixture. Top with any stuffing you like, such as raisins and nuts. Then fold the cake in half. Serve.
