Bean Sprout Pork Ribs Soup Recipe
The soup is sweet and fresh, it has a strong pork ribs smell. It is perfect for who love bean sprouts. Both green bean and soybean sprout can be used for this soup.
600g pork ribs
500g bean sprouts
2 ginger slices
1. To effectively remove the blood taste of pork ribs, add some ginger slice when blanching the pork ribs.
2. You can use any bean sprout for this dish. But using green bean spout makes the best taste.
Wash pork ribs, chop into small pieces. Blanch until cooked.
Wash and clean bean sprout.
Add water to a stew pot. Bring to a boil. Add all ingredients and simmer over low heat. Cook for 2 hours. Add salt for seasoning. Serve.
