1. For the best taste, use fresh shrimp meat as the wonton stuffing. Or you can purchase frozen wonton from Asian markets.

2. It is highly recommended to use the whole egg noodles for this recipe.

Blanch shrimp wontons and noodle soup until cooked. Remove wonton to a small bowl. Rinse the noodle with cold water, then remove it to another large bowl.

Add soup stock into a pot. Add light soy sauce, white pepper powder, fish sauce, and salt for seasoning. Bring to a boil. Add lettuces, seaweed, and dried shrimp. Bring to a boil again, then pour into the large bowl.

Add shrimp wontons into the large bowl. Top with chopped green onion and sesame oil. Serve.
