- 200g noodles
- 100g pork liver
- 6 rape flowers
- 30g tomatoes

- satay sauce

Wash and slice the pig liver. Add cooking wine, cornstarch and mix well. Marinate for 10 minutes.
Wash rape flowers. Wash and cut tomatoes into slices.
Add water to a skillet. Bring to a boil. Add vegetable oil and cooking wine. Add chopped green onions, ginger slices. Heat to boiling again, then add the pork liver. When cooked, remove the pork liver from the pot and set aside.
Add water to a skillet. Bring to a boil and blanch the noodle. When cooked, remove the noodle to a bowl and add a little vegetable oil. Mix well.
Add soup stock into another pot. Add satay sauce, light soy sauce, white pepper powder, salt for seasoning. Simmer over small heat for 10 minutes.
Add rape flowers, tomato slices into the pot. After cooked, add chicken powder for seasoning.
Pour the soup into the bowl of noodles. Add cooked pork liver. Sprinkle with chopped green onion, minced garlic. Mix well before serving.
