- 3 sweet potatoes
- white sugar
- sesame oil
Wash sweet potatoes. Add water to a skillet to boil sweet potatoes. Peel and cut into pieces. Put it into a food processor to blend into a paste.
Add white sugar and water under a 3:1 ratio into the pot. Simmer over a small fire to make a syrup.
Add sweet potatoes to a pot. Add the syrup and sesame oil to fry until mix well and evenly coated with syrup. Remove from heat and serve.
