1. When boiling eggs, adding a little salt can prevent eggs crack.

2. You can use dark soy sauce or light soy sauce. Of course, light soy sauce makes the eggs in a light-dark color, which looks better than dark soy sauce.

Wash eggs. Put into a skillet. Add water and a little salt. Bring to a boil and then boil for another 5 minutes. Turn off heat, cover and use remaining heat to cook to 5 minutes.

Remove the eggs to cold water. Soak water for 2 minutes.

Put the eggs into a bowl. Pour into soy sauce until covering the eggs. Marinate overnight (8 hours). Enjoy.
