Tips
1. Mince the pork into small pieces. After adding seasoning, keep stirring until the mixture become sticky. In this way, the stuffing has a better mouthfeel.
2. Add a little water into the stuffing can make more meat juice after steaming. But too much water can make the bun break.

5 minutes | Pour the flour into a circle on a work surface. Add water into the middle area. |
5 minutes | Stir in the four and mix well. |
30 minutes | Knead the dough until smooth and tender. Use plastic wrap to cover the dough and let it rest for 25 minutes. |
5 minutes | Divide the dough into small doughs, 30g each. Use palm of hand to flatten the dough. Set aside. |
5 minutes | Mince the pork. Then add minced pork into a bowl. Add all stuffing ingredients, and mix well. |
5 minutes | Use the dough to wrap the stuffing. |
5 minutes | Make it into bun’s shape. |
10 minutes | Put the buns in foil baking cups. Let the buns rest for 8 minutes. Use high heat to steam for 8 minutes. Serve. |
