Tips

1. Mince the pork into small pieces. After adding seasoning, keep stirring until the mixture become sticky. In this way, the stuffing has a better mouthfeel.

2. Add a little water into the stuffing can make more meat juice after steaming. But too much water can make the bun break.

Pour the flour into a circle on a work surface. Add water into the middle area.

Stir in the four and mix well.

Knead the dough until smooth and tender. Use plastic wrap to cover the dough and let it rest for 25 minutes.
