Colourful Steamed Pork Buns Recipe
This steamed pork bun is simple and easy. However, the taste is second to none. You can have a full of meat juicy with one bite.
8g chicken powder
6g crab roe
5g chicken powder
1. Mince the pork into small pieces. After adding seasoning, keep stirring until the mixture become sticky. In this way, the stuffing has a better mouthfeel.
2. Add a little water into the stuffing can make more meat juice after steaming. But too much water can make the bun break.
Pour the flour into a circle on a work surface. Add water into the middle area.
Stir in the four and mix well.
Knead the dough until smooth and tender. Use plastic wrap to cover the dough and let it rest for 25 minutes.
Divide the dough into small doughs, 30g each. Use palm of hand to flatten the dough. Set aside.
Mince the pork. Then add minced pork into a bowl. Add all stuffing ingredients, and mix well.
Use the dough to wrap the stuffing.
Make it into bun’s shape.
Put the buns in foil baking cups. Let the buns rest for 8 minutes. Use high heat to steam for 8 minutes. Serve.
