- 500g lean pork
- 30g kelp
- 30g seaweed
- 15g honey dates
1. Wash kelp and seaweed before soaking into water. Then use the soaking water to make the soup. In this way, it reduces the nutrition loss and maximumly keeps the vitamins and mannitol.
