Tips

1. Wash kelp and seaweed before soaking into water. Then use the soaking water to make the soup. In this way, it reduces the nutrition loss and maximumly keeps the vitamins and mannitol.

2. Add 3-5 ginger slices into the soup to prevent bad taste and fishy smell from kelp.

Clean lean pork, cut into pieces and blanch into boiling water until cooked.

Wash and clean red dates. Wash kelp and seaweed, then soak into water for 1 hour.

Add water to a skillet. Bring to a boil. Add all ingredients, then switch to low fire. Continue to simmer for 3 hours. Add salt for seasoning. Serve.
