Coriander Flavour Shrimp Dumpling Recipe
If you love coriander aroma, you definitely should try this shrimp dumpling. By adding coriander into the steamer and steaming with dumplings, the dumpling can have a full of coriander aroma. This aroma can be perfectly mixed with shrimp aroma.
250g wheat flour
50g fat pork
10g chicken powder
1. Make sure the water is boiling before adding the four. When adding the flour, keep stirring to mix well. In this way, the dough can be fine and smooth.
2. If you love strong coriander flavor, mince coriander and add it into the stuffing. It makes coriander aroma stronger.
Mix well the flour and wheat flour. Add water to a pot and bring to a boil. Add flour and wheat flour into the water.
When it is cooked, remove the dough into a work surface. Knead until mix well.
Keep kneading until the dough is fine and smooth.
Divide the dough into small doughs, about 30g each. Use hand to roll until the dough become a ball. Use a rolling pin to flatten the dough to make it as dumpling skin.

Use dumpling skin to wrap the dough.
Place the dumplings into a steamer. Top with coriander. Use high heat to steam for 6 minutes. Serve.
