This easy shrimp dumpling is perfect for seafood lovers. By adding streaky pork, the shrimp paste can taste better with more meaty juice.

Tips

1. Before cooking the four, make sure to mix well the wheat four and four before adding into boiling water. In this way, the dough is fine and smooth.

2. Use streaky pork to make stuffing juicy. Lean pork makes the stuffing a bit harder.
