Fried Vegetable and Meat Bun Recipe
This bun recipe has achieved a perfect nutritional balance. The taste mix will full of meat and vegetable juicy. You definitely will love it.
7g baking powder
50g water chestnut
50g green onions
3g chicken powder
- Knead the dough until smooth and tender. Or it is hard to wrap the stuffing.

Add flour and baking powder into a bowl. Mix well and pour into a circle. Add sugar, yeast and water in the middle area.
Stir until sugar melt. Stir in flour powder to make a dough.
Knead the dough until smooth and tender.
Use a plastic wrap to cover the dough. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into small doughs, about 30g each. Use a rolling pin to flatten the dough into bun skins.
Mince pork and water chestnut into pieces. Add all stuffing seasoning and mix well.
Use bun skin to wrap the stuffing and make it into bun’s shape.
Place the buns into a steamer. Let it rest for 10 minutes. Allow cooling. Add oil and use frying pan to fried until golden brown. Serve.
