Luffa Pork Ribs Soup Recipe
Luffa soup is an ideal soup in summers. It makes people feel comfortable and refreshing. When combined with pork ribs, it is nutritional with rich in protein.
500g pork ribs
1. Add 3-5 ginger slices to effectively remove pork blood taste and make soup taste stronger.
2. Add a little vinegar to make the soup taste more depth. But do not add too much.
Wash pork ribs, chop into pieces. Blanch until cooked.
Peel luffa and cut into pieces. Wash and clean almond.
Add water to a skillet. Bring to a boil, then add all ingredients. Boil again and switch to low fire to simmer for 1.5 hours. Add salt and chicken powder for seasoning. Serve.
