Pork Ribs and White Fungus Pawpaw Soup Recipe

Wash pork ribs, cut into pieces. Then blanch into boiling water until cooked. Remove it from hot water and drain.

Peel the seed of pawpaw, cut into large pieces. Soak white fungus into the water until soft, tear into small pieces.

Add water into a stew pot. Bring to a boil. Add all ingredients into the stew pot and stew over low heat for 2 hours. Add salt and chicken powder for seasoning. Serve.
