Green Onions Flavour Dumpling Soup Noodle Recipe
This dumpling soup has a special aroma. When adding fried dumplings into chicken soup, the taste will spread over the soup while the dumpling can also absorb the soup aroma. It is a creative dumpling soup that will amaze you with the taste.
200g chicken soup
5g green onions
25g glutinous rice
5g baking powder
250g wheat flour
300g hot water
150g lean pork
5g chicken powder
10g sesame oil
1. The hot water should be boiling water, otherwise, it cannot make the flour cooked.
2. You can use mutton soup or beef soup for this recipe. The fried dumpling can add seasonal flavor.
Add glutinous rice powder, baking powder, wheat flour, and hot water into a pot. Mix well to make a dough.
Remove the dough on a clean work surface. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
Roll the dough into a long strip.
Divide the dough into small doughs, about 30g.
Use a rolling pin to flatten the dough into a thin bun’s skin. Set aside.
Mince lean pork. Add minced lean pork into a bowl. Add salt, chicken powder, sugar, sesame oil and mix well.
Minced carrot, shrimp, coriander, mushroom, then add to the pork mixture. Mix well to make it as the dumpling stuffing.
Use bun’s skin to wrap the dumpling stuffing.
Make it into dumpling shape.
Place the dumpling into a plate. Let it rest for 30 minutes. Add oil into a pot to fry the dumpling until cooked. Remove the dumpling into a bowl, pour chicken soup into a bowl. Top with green onion strips and carrot strips. Serve.
